I have been diagnosed with Severe Generalized Anxiety Disorder. This came as no surprise to me, as I have always been an anxious individual. There is no shame in living with anxiety. It can be a struggle to handle your normal routine, everything feels very overwhelming, and there usually isn’t a specific reason why. Throughout my life I have discovered things that help me to feel normal, and function in my daily life.
I graduated college in the spring of 2019, with a diploma and a lot of stressful stories. After enduring 15 separate courses during my two years of post-secondary schooling, I learned many study tips and tricks that helped me to survive.
